Barbara Armstrong
Barbara Armstrong started her journey with watercolours when she joined Quadra Friday Painters in 2012 and hasn't turned back! She has exhibited with the Friday Painters at the Weekend Studio Tour for the past five years and is now going solo to display her paintings and art cards. Barbara continues to enjoy the encouragement and support from her fellow artists at Friday Painters. Watercolour remains her favorite medium.
"Painting has become a form of meditation for me. When I am painting I am in the moment. I become part of the subject and it amazes me how much more detail there is to explore when observing and interpreting. A connection is made in a deeper way."
